When Love Isn’t the Reason… Yet
Weddings are everywhere right now—aisles, florals, champagne toasts. But let’s be honest… not every walk down the aisle starts with butterflies.
Sometimes, it starts with a deal.
This week, I’m diving into one of my favorite tropes: Marriage of Convenience. Two people, one arrangement, zero plans to fall in love. And yet? That’s always when the best kind of trouble starts.
Whether it’s for an inheritance, a visa, or a PR stunt gone sideways, there’s just something about watching a couple fake it—until it starts to feel a little too real.
💌 I’ve got a brand-new short story coming later this week with:
a fake marriage contract,
a cocky hero who definitely catches feelings,
and a heroine who’s not playing pretend anymore.
Tell me—what’s your favorite reason for a marriage of convenience? 👇
